Wet the brush bristles, take the Dream Protect Toothpaste and brush for 2 minutes, 30 seconds in each quadrant. Brush twice every day, once in the morning, before breakfast, and once at night, after dinner. 

For best results use a pea sized amount of toothpaste. Brush gently twice at least a day for 2 Minutes.

Nano Hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) which is essentially what teeth enamel is made up of is a remineralising agent. Hydroxyapatite remineralizes teeth by replacing lost minerals such as calcium and phosphates caused by high levels of acid or bacteria.
