For best results, use a pea sized amount of toothpaste. You do not cover the entire bristles with the toothpaste.

Use Perfora Xtraaa Fresh toothpaste twice a day as your regular toothpaste. Brush gently at least twice a day for 2 minutes with a soft bristles toothbrush.
