At Perfora, your smile and satisfaction is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.
We understand that oral care is a personal choice and if you are dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, please feel free to write to us for a candid feedback at hello@perforacare.com
We will gladly issue a refund for any full priced (non-discounted) electronic product which is non-personalized and which is unopened, unused and returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Simply write to us at hello@perforacare.com and return the products to our address. However, If we arrange for product pick-up, postage will be charged at actual rates and deducted from the refund amount. Please note, personalized products are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns on replaced products.
Our consumable products like toothpastes and mouthwashes once delivered cannot be repackaged or resold due to personal hygiene challenges. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these products.
You can return the products at Nimble Cowork, 1st Floor, Plot# 250, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122015.
Please do not accept any tampered or damaged orders, as Perfora is not responsible for damage after delivery. We will only offer a warranty on our electric products for damages that occur during delivery, or for any internal defects or product failures.
Please note that no refunds will be processed if a warranty claim is accepted. A successful warranty claim makes you eligible for a replacement only. We cover a 6-month warranty on the replacement product, starting from the date of its delivery.
We have a set procedure and SOP that must be followed to claim a warranty on our products. We request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Please allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. Your refund will be processed once the product has undergone a quality inspection.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on hello@perforacare.com or call on +91 9999289288. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
