We understand that oral care is a personal choice and if you are dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced merchandise that is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us on hello@perforacare.com and return the products to our address. However, postage will be charged at actuals.

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to personal hygiene challenges. Please note that we can offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products only if they are sent back to us. You can return the products at K-3/106A, Second Floor, DLF Phase 2, Gurugram - 122002.

Perfora is not responsible for damage after delivery. We will only offer one year warranty on our electric products for damages during delivery, or any internal defects or product failures.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
