How many coins do I earn on an order?
You get 10% of the order value back on your first order, and 5% on every order after that. A ₹1,000 order earns 50 coins, which is ₹50 off next time.
When do coins land in my wallet?
Signup, referral and review coins are credited straight away. Order cashback is credited once your order is delivered.
Do my coins expire?
No. Perfora Coins have no expiry date. Whatever you've earned stays in your wallet until you spend it.
How do I spend them?

Can I use coins and a discount code together?
Yes. Apply your discount code first, then your coins come off the discounted total.
How many coins can I use on one order?
Coins can cover up to 10% of the order value, so 124 coins on a ₹1,240 order. There's no minimum, and your remaining balance is always kept for future orders.
What happens if I return an order?
Coins you earned on that order are reversed, and any coins you spent on it come back to your wallet.
How does the referral bonus work?
