Refund Policy
At Perfora, your smile and satisfaction is our highest priority. We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, write to us at hello@perforacare.com.
Full-priced electronics
We will gladly issue a refund for any full priced (non-discounted) electronic product which is non-personalized and which is unopened, unused and returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Simply write to us at hello@perforacare.com and return the products to our address. If we arrange for product pick-up, postage will be charged at actual rates and deducted from the refund amount. Personalized products are non-refundable.
Consumable products
Our consumable products like toothpastes and mouthwashes once delivered cannot be repackaged or resold due to personal hygiene challenges. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these products.
Sale orders
All orders placed during the Perfora Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy applies to all products, including electronics and consumable items.
Refund method — Gift Card
We do not provide cash refunds for Cash on Delivery or Prepaid orders. In case of a return, you will receive a Perfora Gift Card sent to your registered email on the day of order pickup. This gift card will be issued as a code with lifetime validity.
Marketplace purchases
We do process refunds for purchases made through other platforms and marketplaces, provided you share a valid invoice for the purchase. Simply write to us at hello@perforacare.com with your invoice to initiate the process.
Return address
You can return the products at: 1st Floor, MPD Tower, Golf Course Rd, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.
Important notices

Do not accept any tampered or damaged orders — Perfora is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Warranty on electric products covers damages during delivery, or any internal defects or product failures only.

No refunds will be processed if a warranty claim is accepted. A successful warranty claim makes you eligible for a replacement only.

Claims for missing, damaged products, or orders marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 3 days of the date of delivery.

An unboxing video or images are mandatory to process claims for shortages or damage during transit.
