Sometimes work sometimes don’t not even 1% of advertised quality
I bought this brush last month. It suddenly stopped working. I was directed by company’s representative that I need to return the brush and they’ll replace it within 3 working days. Post 7 days, I asked for the replacement and they replied that the brush is “out of stock” and they’ll need 2 months to procure it.
While I dont see issue with service, this is classic case of biting more than you can chew.
Lesson to self: Buy from trusted company with proven track record than to trust a new entrant with no credibility.
good product
Though I like the experience of brushing provided by perfora's sonic toothbrush, only problem with the brush is that it's metallic rings get rusted with constant use. The company should definitely change the metallic rings to something else otherwise the product is good
The brush works well. Changing modes and charging is easy. The button seems terrible in that it only works when force is applied in the top right quadrant of the circle. Not sure if it is specific to the one I received or an intentional design choice. At the time of ordering, replacement bristles were not separately purchasable but hopefully that gets resolved in time. The product already comes with 4 bristles so there is no immediate need to purchase additional ones
