I had a Model 002 before, I upgraded to the Model 004, and it is a literal upgrade function-wise and ease of use-wise. You know your teeth are clean once you start brushing with a perfora toothbrush. I have sensitivity issues and using the dream relief range has definitely helped. Go for it. I also bought this one when there were freebies, I got the wrong freebies and Perfora shipped the right freebies to me, so more freebies than I was to get.

My husband is using the tooth brush. He likes the transition. I just feel the name should have been embossed in capital letters and in the front of the tooth brush instead of the back side.

Love the electric toothbrush and the flosser. I wish inhad started using one ages ago. It'd have been more convenient if the pin for charging both the tooth brush and flossrr was the same but it's not. That apart, great product. Recommended it to my sister and family too!
