Originally i ordered for two sets (purple and white colored Perfora Brushheads. My parents had been using the Perfora electric toothbrushes for which new brushhead replacement were necessary. So after then purchase I received only one set of the brushheads from Perfora. Something went-wrong while packing or shipping by Blue Dart personnel. On requesting them via mail they diligently sent me the missing set of brushheads. This shows how good this brands customer service is as is their products. I really recommend Perfora
