If you really want to purchase the product please don't go for after sales service. I ordered 4 heads toothbrush which had certain defect. I asked for a replacement which took place immediately. Later I received a replacement with 2 head toothbrush with different colours. On asking the same the previous product was picked up but it's been 2 weeks and still I am calling customer care and they ask me to wait but nothing is happening. Very disappointed.
