Frequently Asked Questions

How It Works

Understand how smart brushing protects your teeth and gums.

How does the pressure sensor work?

The toothbrush continuously monitors the force you apply while brushing. When you push too hard, a red warning light activates instantly — signalling you to ease up. Once you're back to a safe, dentist-recommended pressure, the light returns to white. Over time, this real-time feedback trains you to brush correctly, every single day.

What happens when I brush with too much pressure?

You'll see the red ring of light at the bottom of the handle — your cue to lighten your grip. Brushing too hard is one of the most common causes of enamel wear, gum recession, and tooth sensitivity. The sensor catches this habit before it does damage.

What are the three brushing modes and when should I use them?

Clean Mode (8800–10800 rpm) is your everyday deep-clean setting. Whiten Mode (6100–8800 rpm) gently polishes away surface stains. Massage Mode (6100–10800 rpm) stimulates your gums and supports circulation — great for anyone experiencing gum discomfort. Simply press the mode button to cycle between them.

What is the Smart Timer and why does it matter?

The toothbrush reminds you every 30 seconds to move to the next quadrant of your mouth, and automatically shuts off at 2 minutes — the brushing duration dentists recommend. This ensures every tooth gets equal attention, not just the easy-to-reach ones.

Features & Technology

Advanced technology designed for a gentler, more effective clean.

What makes the bristles different from a regular toothbrush?

The brush head uses ultra-fine nano bristles — significantly softer than standard electric toothbrush heads. They're designed to remove plaque effectively without abrading enamel or irritating sensitive gums, making this ideal for daily use even if you have sensitivity.

What is Memory Mode?

The toothbrush remembers the last mode you brushed in and starts there every time. No need to re-select your preferred setting each morning — it picks up right where you left off.

How does the oscillating technology compare to manual brushing?

The 360° oscillating motion reaches along the gumline and in between teeth far more consistently than the average manual brusher. It delivers a more thorough clean with less effort — and less risk of human error like uneven pressure or missed zones.

Is this toothbrush waterproof?

Yes. It carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. You can use it in the shower, rinse it freely under running water, and travel with it without worrying about moisture damage.

Battery & Charging

Long-lasting power with effortless charging for everyday use.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge lasts up to 21 days with twice-daily brushing. This is built for real life — no scrambling for chargers every few days, and no anxiety about battery life mid-trip.

How do I charge the toothbrush?

The toothbrush charges via USB-DC (circular pin). The charging / battery level indicator on the handle lets you know when to plug in. A single charge gives you three weeks of brushing — so most users only charge it one or two times a month.

Is it travel-friendly?

Yes. The toothbrush comes with a premium travel case that protects the handle and brush head. Combined with the 21-day battery life and USB charging, it's built for frequent travellers who don't want to compromise their oral care routine on the road.

Usage & Care

Everything you need to know for the best brushing experience.

Who is this toothbrush best suited for?

Anyone who wants to upgrade from manual brushing — especially those with sensitive gums, a habit of brushing too hard, or anyone who's been told by their dentist they need to be gentler. The nano bristles and pressure sensor make it particularly well-suited for people dealing with gum recession or enamel sensitivity.

How do I switch between brushing modes?

The handle has two buttons: one to power on/off and one to cycle through modes. The Clean, Whiten, and Massage mode indicators light up to show which mode is active. Your last used mode is saved automatically.

When should I replace the brush head?

Dentists generally recommend replacing brush heads every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles begin to splay. The brush head is detachable and replacement heads are available separately — so you can maintain the same handle for years.
